A Kianí del Valle Collaboration with Y-3 Explores Quantum Realities

Kianí del Valle’s KDV Performance Group premiered EL TÚNEL at Berlin’s Theater des Westens. This innovative production, developed in partnership with Y-3, combines live performance and cinematic elements to explore quantum realities, with Y-3’s avant-garde fashion adding visual depth to Kianí’s narrative.

Under Kianí’s visionary direction — known for collaborations with artists like Billie Eilish and Bad Bunny — EL TÚNEL features a ten-member cast, soundscapes by Kelman Durán and choreography by del Valle, presenting a striking tableaux that questions the boundaries between reality and imagination. This marks the culmination of KDV’s exploration of grief, death and rebirth.
